The usage and precautions of led display control computer

Start up:

(1) Turn on the monitor first and then turn on the host computer.

(2) Start the LED control panel, enter the display programming software, open the edited file, and run the program.

(3) Turn on the display dedicated switch to power the display.

 

Shut down:

(1) Turn off the dedicated display switch first.

(2) Exit the special display software for the display and exit all programs.

(3) Turn off the host computer and turn off the monitor.

(4) Turn off all power connected to the display device.

What categories could Led display screen be divided into besides indoor and outdoor

There are many kinds of LED display screen, mainly it could be divided in four ways: one is classified according to indoor and outdoor, two is classified according to work mode, three is classified according to the number of color, and four is according to the unit density of LED tube. Different types of displays have different uses, each has its own advantages and disadvantages. It can be chosen according to needs.
The indoor LED display is quite different from the outdoor LED display. First, the brightness is different. The luminance of the indoor screen is several times to dozens times lower than that of the outdoor screen. It is not bright enough to put the indoor display screen to the outdoor as if putting the TV set to the outdoor. Therefore, the outdoor screen must use the ultra high brightness LED, and in order to further improve the brightness and increase the visual distance, a number of super high brightness LED are often encapsulated in a pixel. Besides, outdoor screen need to be waterproof, anti direct sunshine, dustproof, high temperature and wind protection, anti thunder and so on, while the indoor screen is no need to consider these problems.

LED displays are divided into two categories according to work mode, one is online, also called omnipotent display, the other is off line, also called intelligent display screen. The international standard 8X8LED matrix module is used for both the online and offline display screen. The surface of the screen is the same, the basic display function is the same, the main difference between the two is:
(1) the off-line display screen does not need to connect the microcomputer at ordinary times. The display screen has a built-in microcomputer. It can save a lot of pictures and can run out of the microcomputer independently. There are some clock chips in some screens, and could automatically be connected and show the calendar and clock. When we need to modify the display content, we can modify it through RS232 to connect the microcomputer. The connected display is connected to a microcomputer to work.
(2) The display mode of the off-line display screen is less. There are several display modes, such as pop-up, pull up, pull down, upward movement, and downward movement. The online display has more display ways, especially if the program is made with 3DS and other software, the display mode has no limit.
(3) off-line display is easy to operate. It's just as simple and convenient as duty light. As it does not need to connect the microcomputer, a process is reduced, and the possibility of failure is reduced. The online display screen needs to be maintained, especially if the animation program is to be made.
2. monochrome and color display screens
(1) The single color display screen uses standard part of standard 8X8 monochrome light emitting diode matrix module, each pixel can be red or green, can display various text, data, two dimensional graphics. The indoor single color screen is economical and practical, but the color is slightly single.
(2) The color display screen uses the standard 8X8 dual color light emitting diode matrix module (the module size is the same as before), each pixel has a red light, one green light emitting diode and two light emitting diodes. When red and green two light-emitting diodes are emitting at the same time, they are yellow. So the double base color can produce three colors: red, yellow and green. The double base color screen is colorful and can be used to display various color characters, data, graphics, animation and so on. In addition, it can also be connected with various data devices. It shows real-time dynamic data and advertisement. The indoor color display is bright, with distinct visual effect and better information display effectiveness.
(3) The color gray scale display uses the standard 8X8 double plexus light emitting diode matrix module (the module size is the same as before), each pixel has red, yellow, green color, each base color has 16X16 level gray =256 or 256X256 gradation =64K color and even more color. Color gray scale is rich in gray level and expressive. In addition to the same display effect as color display, color grayscale display can also display more colorful contents such as photos, images, 3D graphics, animation and video images. One, pixel pitch
The affect of pixel pitch on clarity of screen is very obvious. The smaller the distance between pixels, the more delicate the picture is displayed. The reduction of pixel pitch must have mature technology as the core support. From the current trend, the reduction of pixel pitch is the inevitable choice of the market. However, the smaller the pixel pitch, the greater the cost of its input and the higher the price.
Two, the flatness of the panel and the reflectivity of the panel surface
The convex or concave of led display will cause the dead corner of the viewing angle. Surface roughness should be within ±1mm, to ensure the display image is not distorted. In general, after light for 1000 hours with 20 mA at room temperature, the red light attenuation of LED lamp should be less than 7%, the attenuation of blue and green LED lamp should be less than 10%. The consistency of red green and blue attenuation has great influence on the white balance of LED display and then affect the fidelity. At the same time, the lamp failure rate of good led lamp is low, even after 72 hours aging, the failure rate is not higher than 1/10000.

The stability and safety of LED display is particularly important when running. The design of LED display cabinet is very important. The increase of the temperature of component thermal conversion will lead to the deterioration of image quality. Therefore, a good design of ventilation and heat dissipation is an important and indispensable index in the design of the cabinet. On one hand, it is the protection of its circuit, on the other hand, it is safety and so on, as well as the role of dustproof and waterproof.
