One, pixel pitch
The affect of pixel pitch on clarity of screen is very obvious. The smaller the distance between pixels, the more delicate the picture is displayed. The reduction of pixel pitch must have mature technology as the core support. From the current trend, the reduction of pixel pitch is the inevitable choice of the market. However, the smaller the pixel pitch, the greater the cost of its input and the higher the price.
Two, the flatness of the panel and the reflectivity of the panel surface
The convex or concave of led display will cause the dead corner of the viewing angle. Surface roughness should be within ±1mm, to ensure the display image is not distorted. The gray scale is the brightness level that can be distinguished from the darkest to the brightest in the full color LED display. The higher the grayscale, the richer the color and the brighter the color. On the contrary, the color is single and the change is simple. The enhancement of gray scale can greatly improve the color depth, which makes the display layers of the color of the image increase in a geometric number. Four, lamp quality and failure rate
The LED display is composed of tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of groups of red, green and blue LED lamp. With the increase of using time, LED lamp brightness will slowly decay. LED lamp brightness decay rate has some relevance with LED chip, auxiliary materials, encapsulation process. In general, after light for 1000 hours with 20 mA at room temperature, the red light attenuation of LED lamp should be less than 7%, the attenuation of blue and green LED lamp should be less than 10%. The consistency of red green and blue attenuation has great influence on the white balance of LED display and then affect the fidelity. At the same time, the lamp failure rate of good led lamp is low, even after 72 hours aging, the failure rate is not higher than 1/10000.
Five, use stability and security
The stability and safety of LED display is particularly important when running. The design of LED display cabinet is very important. The increase of the temperature of component thermal conversion will lead to the deterioration of image quality. Therefore, a good design of ventilation and heat dissipation is an important and indispensable index in the design of the cabinet. On one hand, it is the protection of its circuit, on the other hand, it is safety and so on, as well as the role of dustproof and waterproof. At the same time, should not use the power supply only at low prices and ignore the quality and performance. Could the indoor LED display screen be used outdoor?

After indoor LED display has been used for a period of time, some users feel it can't bring much value inside the house. If we want to move it to the outdoor, can we directly change the indoor display screen to the outdoor display screen? TCB made an analysis of this problem.

1. The brightness of indoor LED display. As the light of indoor LED display is soft, indoor LED display brightness is not very high, the circuit is dynamic scanning circuit, and outdoor LED display light is relatively strong, so the requirement for LED display screen is relatively high, and it uses static circuit. The difference between the two is very big. The number of driving chip used in outdoor and indoor is also very different, which also determines that indoor LED display brightness is low, so it is only suitable for indoor.
2. Indoor LED display screen has lower waterproof level than outdoor led display. Indoor LED display has only a simple process of waterproof performance, and some indoor LED display do not have the water-proof rubber. The outdoor LED display is particularly high on the waterproof performance. Even if we put the outdoor LED display in the water, it could work as usual. So structure of cabinet for indoor and outdoor is quite different.
3. The viewing distance of indoor display is relatively small. Indoor LED display has short visual distance and usually is small pitch LED display, and the area is not large either, from 15 square meters to 30 square meters, while outdoor LED display is at least 30 square meters.
