Key points for a good full color led display


1. The full color led display surface roughness should be within + 1mm, to ensure that the display image does not distort. Partial convex or concave can lead to blind visual angle of the display screen. The flatness is mainly determined by the production technology.
 
2. Brightness and visual angle. Full color led display brightness need to be up to 800cd/m2 and outdoor display be up to 1500-10000cd/m2 to ensure that people could see clear and vivid images. The brightness is mainly determined by the LED chip, but too high brightness would shorten the lifetime of LEDs, so it’s not a must to improve the brightness excessively. Nowadays for indoor display require low brightness and high gray scale, generally brightness among 800-1000cd/m2, and gray scale 16bit. The visual angle of display decides the audience quantity, so the better visual angle, the better. The display visual angle is mainly determined by LED chip encapsulation method. So far, the SMD visual angle is up to 140°, compared with DIP, it has better visual effect.

3. White balance effect, is one of the most important indicators of full color led display. In color science, when red, green, bule colors ratio reach 1:4.6:0.16, it shows pure white color. If the actual ratio exists deviation, white balance will appear deviation. Normally we need to pay attention if it exists partial blue or partial green-yellow appearances. White balance is mainly determined by the control system.


4. Color reductibility, it means the color reductibility of the images. The screen displaying color need to keep highly congruent with the play source color, to ensure the authenticity of the image.

Attention when installing a rental led display

Note 1: All installation methods are required to avoid collision of the frontage 4 corners of the rental LED display cabinet, causing unnecessary damage and affecting the normal use of the cabinet.
Note 2: when taking out cabinet from flight case, make sure the cabinet remain level and in a steady speed. Avoid any possible friction between the flight case clapboard and the cabinet if the cabinet inclined, which will affect the outlook and performance of the cabinet.
Note 3: In general, unused cabinets must be placed in flight cases or carton boxes. However, in case of no flight cases or in other special conditions, the LEDs side should be placed upwards, separating cabinets with foam or soft paper when stacking (stacked layers ≤ 10PCS cabinet). Prohibit placing cabinet upright, in line of dominoes form.
Note 4: When make the cascade connection of power cable and signal cable, in order to ensure the cables are in queue and beautiful, cables between two cabinets can be connected through the mounting hole.
Note 5: When the event is finished, the rental LED display cabinets should be kept in the flight case or other places. Please arrange the power cable and signal cable, put the cabinet in the right place after cleaning it. Handle gently when put the cabinets into the flight case.
